B Blonde Powder Bleach Highlift from Jerome Russell.
Formulated to give a high degree of lift when bleaching, highlighting and frosting.
Important: always make sure you cover your shoulders to avoid dripping bleach onto your clothes. (This can discolour articles of clothing, carpets etc so special care must be taken not to spill the mixture).
Use bleach on dry hair only.
